Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, contact us at info@doraofficial.com. After your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can easily get the item you want. Simply return your order for a refund, and then place a new order for the product you’d like.
